In town for a ballgame. Sure glad we found Knuckles! The pretzel sticks were delicious, but the star of the night was the pizza. Our waiter was prompt but didn't come back to see about refills otherwise I would have given 5 stars. We both agreed on coming back as well as bringing others with us.

Ordered pizza for delivery, the pizza arrived in under 30 minutes since I only live 5 minutes away. When pizza arrived it was very undercooked, soggy, and falling apart when I picked a piece up. I called Knuckles and told them. I asked if they would be able to remake my pizza and even offered to bring the pizza back to show them. They refused to remake my pizza and said the only way they would make me another one is if I pay for another one. The manager on the phone seemed dismissive. This is ridiculous for a $30 pizza.
We have been ordering from Knuckle since they opened when visiting family. The last few times the crust has been soggy & the pizza has been extremely greasy. My last experience has been nothing less than disappointing- my order was wrong & when I called I was told they couldn’t get me a refund & did absolutely nothing to try to fix their mistake (originally they offered to bring me the correct order, only to call back and say they can’t do that.)
I ordered a gluten-free pizza. My friend ordered a regular. Both pizzas were very good. There was only one waitress, and she never had time to refill our drinks. The room was quite cold. We never could figure out where the AC vent was that was drawing on us.
Do not sleep on the cauliflower crust. It is amazing and so good. I have had it several times based on taste not because of a gluten allergy.
01/17/2019 - KEEP YOUR PIZZA..How long should a customer wait for a pizza? After waiting 60 minutes we gave up on the pizza and paid and left the place starving. The watress was SORRY and offered to give us the pizza for free but at that point we were way past wanting a free pizza. This place is way understaffed and the watresses are running around like chickens with thier heads cutt off. Me and the wife waited for a pizza for 40 minutes only to be told that the order was never put into the kitchen. Nothing like being hungry and disappointed. Hire some people to take care of all your customers.
Great food. Nice service, but they need more waiters. The Atmosphere was tense bc the ONE waiter was doing everything ave getting impatient with larger groups
